ASTRA 2016 Conference
Kicking off just half an hour after the ASTRA 2016 Women In Television Breakfast concluded, the ASTRA 2016 Conference was another stellar success.
For the 5th year running Two de Force were responsible for the detail behind this intricate project.
Held in The Star Event Centre, Two de Force worked our magic with very limited bump in time to create a stage where seating banks once were. In addition, the Conference had multiple streams running simultaneously which can be a challenge to navigate with only one escalator in the venue to work with. Our detailed order of events had us covered and once again we created an event that was seamless for all parties involved.
Over 45 speakers from around the globe took part. The highlight? Dr Michael Mosley’ session had the 400 plus guests enthralled!
Two de Force have been so lucky to work closely with ASTRA over the years so we fit in nicely as an extension of their team in the months of preparation for this event. We are the point of contact for all speakers, sponsors and suppliers. We look after all event logistics, including guest registrations and inquiries plus we are responsible for the event budget.
