ASTRA 2015 Conference
The ASTRA 2015 Conference took place on Wednesday 9th September at The Star Event Centre.
With such an amazing line up of speakers both domestic and International, it’s no wonder that 400 people were in attendance.
The Conference itself required a specific seating configuration and room layout in order to cater for the various streams. Two de Force worked closely with The Star on a suitable solution too make The Event Centre work in a seamless way. The result was to
transform the auditorium seating banks into a stage. No easy feat with the limited amount of time we had to set up but the end result was spectacular!
Two de Force really became an extension the ASTRA team on this project and were the point of contact for all speakers, panelists and sponsors on their role for the event. We managed the order of events, all suppliers, the creative elements and coordinated all logistics involved with the smooth running of the Conference.
Two de Force also managed the registration process for guests and were the point of contact for any inquiries.
