Two de Force were delighted to take over the event management of Times Higher Education Summit Gala Dinner this February. Working with international clients can be a challenge with different time zones and being the eyes and ears for the team over the pond. However, the TDF team seamlessly coordinated delegates from around the world for the opening night of a fantastic 3-day summit.

Two de Force managed the correspondence and coordination of all suppliers throughout the lead up of the event and event day. The room was themed and lit up by our fantastic Audio Visual team, AV1 while tables were beautifully decorated with gold trimmed charger plates and centrepieces of native flowers with earthy yellow tones.

Partnering with The University of New South Wales, the Times Higher Education Summit is the essential forum for leaders from across the academic community to meet and shape the future for international higher education governance and innovation. Alumni of the World Summit Series arrived at the Museum of Contemporary Art overlooking our gorgeous harbour where they enjoyed a drink upon arrival while canapés circulated. Two de Force managed individual table allocations, seating chart and registration for the 200 guests.

Speeches made by University Vice Chancellors, Chief Executives and decision makers inspired and sparked conversation throughout the room as guests enjoyed a delicious three course meal. Delegates were treated to a special contemporary indigenous dance performance by NAISDA, a fantastic way to introduce international guests to Australia’s traditional culture.
